Refund policy

We want you to love your jewellery. Please review this policy carefully as imitation jewellery has specific return conditions.

Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, or before they are dispatched — whichever is earlier.

- To cancel, message us on WhatsApp 9321926159 with your order number.

- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only in these cases:

- The item received is damaged, defective, or broken in transit.

- You received the wrong item.

Conditions:

- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos. *(An unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong-item claims — without it we cannot process the claim.)*

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind / "didn't like it" / colour looked different on screen.

- Minor design/finish variations natural to handmade imitation jewellery.

- Earrings and personal-wear items (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged.

- Items on sale/clearance (unless damaged).

Refunds

- Once a return is approved and (if applicable) the item is received back, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.

- COD orders: refunded via UPI/bank transfer.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
