We ship across India. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (or COD verification).

- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Time

- Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

- Metro cities are usually faster; remote/rural pin codes may take longer.

### Shipping Charges

- Prepaid orders: 80-150₹ depending on where the product is to be delivered.

- Charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

- Once dispatched, we'll share a tracking link/number via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

- Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

Delays

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

- Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.

Failed Delivery / RTO

- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and share an unboxing video within 24 hours.
