- Being handmade/artisanal in nature, minor variations in finish, size, or design are normal and not considered defects.

3. Orders & Acceptance

- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

- Order confirmation is sent via email/WhatsApp once payment is received order is verified.

As imitation jewellery, our products require care:

- Keep away from water, perfume, sweat, and harsh chemicals.

- Store in a dry pouch/box.

- Damage caused by improper use is not covered under returns.
